About Us

Inspired by Kofi Annan’s 18th of November 2004 message on the launch of the International Year of Microcredit, a team of young and talented individuals have developed a truly innovative organization. This effort is EEPA Fund, the Economic Empowerment and Poverty Alleviation Fund, a Non Profit Microfinance Institution, acting as an important poverty alleviation tool that will offer novel financial strategies to the most in need.

With over 3 years of experience in the financial sector, EEPA Fund has developed a sound portfolio of financial services that will sustainably and exponentially amplify the benefits and contribution microfinancing has made up to today. The African field experience coupled with Investment Banking expertise allow EEPA Fund employees to offer original financial strategies to those with limited resources.

EEPA Fund’s financial services will address important issues, such as reducing gender inequalities, sustaining small businesses/entrepreneurial initiatives, fueling rural development, assisting in the recovery from natural catastrophes, social and political strife, and military conflict, as well as general economic empowerment of the local people.

EEPA Fund's team is currently working towards complying with local and international regulations to ensure the soundness of a well structured program and launching the Pilot Program.
